100% Sauvignon Blanc. A single hillside plot of 50-year-old vines on chalky Kimmeridgian soils. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and bottled unfiltered. Full-bodied, intense, and elegant on the palate, this is a nicely textured Sancerre with well integrated minerals, phenolic grip, and very nice acidity and salinity on the finish.
