WINE & SPIRITS SHIPPING INFORMATION
You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcoholic beverages, and all shipments of alcohol will require an adult’s signature at the time of delivery.
We ship wine within the United States to:
AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, and WY.
We ship spirits within the United States to:
AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI.
There may be specific zip codes or counties within these states that we are unable to ship to. Please contact us with any questions about specific delivery addresses.
For IL, KY, MI, OK, TX - Ground shipments will require extra processing and shipping time. You should allow 3-5 business days before your shipment tracking shows movement and Ground shipments can be a 10 to 14 day lead time.
SHIPPING: Wine is a perishable product. When subjected to extreme temperatures, your wine purchases may not arrive in the condition you expect. It is strongly suggested to use express shipping methods to reduce the exposure of your wine purchases to extreme heat or cold. If you would like your purchase to be put on a weather hold, please contact us.
WEATHER HOLD: In adverse temperature conditions, we reserve the right to withhold shipment until ideal temperatures return unless we receive explicit instructions via email to release the wines, voiding any guarantee. We will contact you if a hold is necessary.
PACKAGING: Our wines are shipped packaged in either airfill protective bags or pulp protective trays depending on the bottle type, size, and number.
For OWC (Original Wooden Case) orders, wine bottles will be removed from case and shipped inside protection for safety in transit (unless otherwise requested). The wooden case will be shipped separately.
FULFILLMENT: Shipments are via Fedex, UPS, or Line Shipment and Local Last Mile Carrier.
Orders received Monday - Wednesday will typically ship the same week. Orders received later on Wednesday through Sunday will ship early the following week. Our warehouse typically needs a business day or two to process orders prior to shipping.
Please be aware of these lead times, especially when shipping express and if you have a more urgent request, please contact us and we will turn around shipment as quickly as we can.

PO BOXES: We are unable to ship alcohol to PO Boxes. Please provide a full address for shipping.

ARTISAN MEAT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Any perishable food including our artisan meat program require UPS overnight shipping at checkout.
Shipments for meat products will ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday each week.
Our meat products ship from a different warehouse to our wine, spirits, and other products. If you have both meat products and wine or spirits in your cart they will ship separately and you will be charged shipping for multiple shipments.
