A vibrant single malt with astonishing depth, Highland Park 25 Year Old has been matured in predominantly first fill European oak sherry seasoned casks. These casks not only impart a wonderfully rich, nutty spiciness but also an intensely dark and full bodied flavor profile: dried fruits, caramel, dark chocolate, golden toffee and slightly drier floral smoke all vie for your attention.
